Register

 1 - Login to the “Members Login” with your exchange organization username and password. If you do not have a login, please send us an email at info@belousa.com to receive login instructions.

 2 - Once logged in, complete the Reservation Form to register for your desired tour.

 3 - After the reservation is complete, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days, please email info@belousa.com.

 4 - Pay your deposit and submit your authorization forms.

  • a) Payment: We accept credit cards via PayPal (4% service charge), international wire transfers, checks, and money orders.
  • b) Your deposit must be paid within 10 days of making the reservation and will go towards the final price of the tour. If you are waitlisted and a spot opens on the tour, your deposit guarantees your spot.
  •  c) Authorization forms must be submitted before purchasing airfare. Belo USA will NOT allow any student to travel without completed authorization forms.

 5 - Wait for the Trip Confirmation email – do not purchase flights until you’ve received this email.

  • a) A tour is not confirmed until we’ve reached a minimum of 35 participants. You will be notified by email as soon as the tour is confirmed.
  • b) If a tour is cancelled, you will have the option to transfer the deposit to a new tour or will be given a full refund.

 6 - Once the Trip Confirmation email is received, follow the email instructions to purchase your flight and pay your final balance.

 7 - We will send you the final trip itinerary 10 – 14 days before your tour. Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
